About me

Strategic expertise meets systemic coaching.

I am a systemic coach and mentor with a deep-rooted history in international cooperation and sustainability. While my career has been defined by "hard" data and global systems, my work as a coach and mentor today is focused on the most important variable in any mission: the human being.

The path: from economics to climate action

My journey began with a focus on Development Economics. This academic foundation took me across the globe, working within diverse organizations to find sustainable solutions to complex challenges. Over the last decade, my work in the sustainability industry and with C40 Cities sharpened my understanding of high-stakes environments. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of a global mission while navigating the intricacies of the non-profit and public sectors.

The shift: a systemic perspective

Living as a globetrotter for the past 16 years, I have navigated constant change, both professional and personal. I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with a life dedicated to impact. These years taught me that composure, balance, and a pinch of humor are not just "nice to have"; they are essential for long-term resilience.

To support others in this process, I trained as a systemic coach at the INeKO Institute (University of Cologne). This training, combined with my interest in human behavior and a dedicated mindfulness practice, allows me to look at your career not as a list of tasks, but as an ecosystem.

The philosophy: when we connect, we protect

I believe that when we connect within, we find the intrinsic motivation to protect ourselves, our society, and our environment. As your coach and mentor, I don't just focus on the next step on your career ladder. I accompany you on your personal life journey, helping you rediscover the resources and courage needed to move toward a meaningful future.

Beyond the work

When I’m not coaching, project managing or consulting, I am usually in the ocean. As a passionate surfer, I’ve found that the waves are my greatest teacher in presence. They remind me that we are most effective when we work with the environment, rather than fighting against it.

If you are looking for a partner who values professional excellence as much as personal growth and a sustainable lifestyle, I look forward to accompanying you.

Together, we manage change, with courage, curiosity, and anticipation.

Yours Vicky
