I am Vicky, an experienced systemic coach & mentor with many years of professional experience in international cooperation and sustainability.  

 

My professional journey began with a degree in economics and, with my focus on development economics, took me to different organizations and quite a number of countries around the world. I have gained a wide range of professional experience in international cooperation and the sustainability industry, which has sharpened my eye for complex challenges and sustainable solutions.

 

As a globetrotter for the past 15 years, I have experienced not only a variety of professional but also personal change processes and experienced the ups and downs that such a life can bring. Today, I face life's big and small challenges with more composure, balance, ongoing courage and a pinch of humor.

 

My systemic coaching training at the INeKO Institute at the University of Cologne, together with the many years of professional development, the range of personal life experience, as well as a pronounced mindfulness practice and great interest in human behavior, form the foundation of my independent work.

 

As a coach and mentor, I accompany You not only on a professional level, but on Your very personal life journey. I support You in recognizing your own resources, finding new solutions and taking courageous steps towards Your dreams and desires.
